Samsung Galaxy Note 10: a triple-aperture photo sensor? |
Samsung is preparing the arrival of the new Galaxy Note. As every year, the Korean manufacturer seeks to integrate new equipment to differentiate its phablet Galaxy S range. According to the blogger " Ice Universe " quoting engineers working at Samsung China, the Galaxy Note 10 should this time have a photo sensor with triple aperture variable at f / 1.5, f / 2.4 and f / 1.8. The goal would be to improve the rendering in low light.
A "Pro" version in the program?
For the first time, Samsung could present two variants of the Galaxy Note. A "classic" version with an OLED slab of 6.28 inches and a "Pro" version of 6.75 inches, according to rumors. On the performance side, expect a SoC Snapdragon 855 or Exynos 9820 depending on the region of availability, up to 12 GB of RAM, 512 GB of storage, all under Android 9 Pie. A rumor also evokes the disappearance of the physical buttons and 3.5 mm jack. Regarding the design, it should be close to the Galaxy S10 Plus, but the front camera would be positioned in the center of the screen, rather than in a corner.
The Galaxy Note 10 could be presented on August 7 in New York, according to our colleagues at CNET.com. By then we should have some extra info.
